Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all card submissions processed through The Trading Card Club Grading service.

  • By submitting cards, customer agrees to The Trading Card Club Grading terms and PSA's terms.
  • Service is in-store drop-off and in-store pickup only at 745 N Gilbert Rd. Suite 106, Gilbert, AZ 85234.
  • TCC submits cards to PSA on customer's behalf and does not guarantee any grade outcome.
  • Customer is responsible for accuracy of submission details and declared values.
  • At drop-off, cards are checked in and customer signs off on verified card count before processing begins.
  • Grading is subjective and turnaround windows are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Invoices include grading, selected add-ons, and $2 per card shipping to and from PSA ($1 each way).
  • Payment is due within 90 days of invoice issuance or account may be treated as abandoned.
  • Completed orders are released at in-store pickup after payment is confirmed.
  • PSA upcharges may be passed through when PSA reclassifies service level after grading.
  • Compensation for loss/damage is capped at lower of declared value or fair market value.
  • Customer certifies ownership of submitted cards and authorization of payment method.
